It fell from the 5.8 Virginia Earthquake hours ago. When the Earthquake happened, The remote just fell. I think it broke b/c of that. Fell very hard. Hey, the Magnitude is 5.8, that's hard. Maybe you should buy it. But, Put it somewhere where it can't fall. That happened hours ago.
