Both are cool so I just decided to use it anyway. The second thing is that the car does not run on AA batteries but on a 4.8 volt Ni-Cd. this too was not too much of a problem for me until I realized that there was no instruction manual but one description on the back for how to change to the grip tires from the drift ones. I did some google-ing and found that the car should charge until a small light on the charger goes out (am am charging it as I type this). before charging it I did one round in the car to run it down a bit before charging, It comes pre charged but only a tiny bit, and here is my report. This little car if a 4WD bundle of awesome! its fast, cool, and a joy to run away from the cat with. It is simple and durable and will last long no doubt. something else I noticed were the car mirrors. In most other RC cars I have had, these were the first thing... This is extremely disappointing for an item that has shipping cost almost equal to its price and of course the seller does not refund shipping costs neither covers the cost of shipping it back for replacement, which translates into losing all your money in case anything is wrong with the item.
